According to ESQR, the Quality Choice Prize recognizes institutions and organizations that demonstrate strong initiatives and achievements in quality management and work to improve their services through quality-focused practices.

The selection process considers a range of sources, including polls, consumer opinion research, market studies, public information, publications, university project reports, and other relevant sources.

The awards ceremony and gala dinner will be held on December 7 at Parkhotel Schönbrunn.
